Handle Failure Sending Mail Problem

If system return a message when sending mail: 553, you are not authorized, it means your mail server request ESMTP authentication. You need to use Foxmail 3.11 or higher version. Right click on the select account then click Property/Mail Server and tick SMTP Server request authentication.

If system return a message when sending mail: 553, Aauthentication failed, it's usually because you fill in a wrong User name and Password for ESMTP authentication. Please right click the selected account and select Property then check if you fill in the correct POP3 account and Password and make sure it's provided by SMPT server.

If you want to modity the POP3 account and Password to be different from the current one, please click Setup to open the Authentication dialog box and and fill in the Account and Password.

Some mail server will check the sender's E-mail address, therefore please fill in the correct E-mail Address in Property/Personal field.
